1976 Triumph Bonneville T140V

Greetings. In case you know of someone wanting to purchase a restored Brit bike in excellent condition, I am selling my beautifully restored example of a collectible and desirable British Twin – the 1976 Triumph Bonneville T140V. A twin 750cc, 5-speed left-side gear foot shift with dual disk brakes, U.S. model. The 1976 model is considered to represent the best era of the classic Bonneville’s long history, regarding dependability, engine power and comfort.

My motorcycle has been professionally restored and thoroughly gone over by renowned classic Brit bike motorcycle mechanic Rex Floyd, who owns Brit Bike Repair, located in Franklinton, N.C. The bike had a total engine rebuild completed in late 2015, to include new pistons & rings, and the sludge trap cleaned to “as-new” condition. There are no oil leaks, no smoke, and the Bonneville is ready to ride. Motor sounds and runs excellent, and gear transmission shifts smoothly through all 5 gears.

Matching frame & engine numbers; clean title (no salvage, flood, accident or theft history) & currently registered & tagged with the North Carolina DMV. Location of the motorcycle is near Raleigh, N.C. This motorcycle has always been stored inside in a climate controlled environment.

Contact Steve Brantley at (919) 245-2326 or (919) 428-4320 for inquiries.
Asking U.S. $6,900.00
