Due to the high volume of correspondence we have been
receiving this season, we regret that we are currently finding it impossible
to reply to emailed, faxed, and mailed in queries in any sort of timely
manner. We are extremely busy getting out parts orders, so for the present,
unless you are in no hurry at all, we recommend phoning Monday through
Thursdays until 10 PM Eastern Time, or Fridays until 5 PM Eastern Time for
best service, instead of writing. If
you
can’t reach a salesperson, please leave a detailed message on our answering machine and
we will get back to you. We try to return all calls by the end of the next
working day, if at all possible.
If all you need is a catalogue and a priceguide, please let us know your full
name, address, telephone number(s), and the serial number of your motorcycle.
(The serial number,
which is found on the left hand side of the bike just below the cylinder
barrel stamped
into the cases, will indicate the model and model year.)
This will allow us to assign you a customer number,
and e-mail you the correct priceguide in as timely a manner as possible. You can download
our catalogue from the site below, or we can include a printed copy with any
parts order free of charge upon request.

quantities, we can confirm exact price and availability over the phone and
expedite your order immediately. If not, we can supply you with a detailed
factory partsbook for the exact motorcycle you are working on, along with our
catalogue and priceguide, so you can estimate pricing on your requirements
before placing your order.
If you have been waiting to have correspondence answered, we
